Profile 180 x 180 pixels. Appears as 170 x 170 on a desktop and 128 x 128 on smartphones. 

Cover 820 x 312 pixels. Displays as 820 x 312 on a desktop and 640 x 360 on smartphones. Less than 100KB is recommended. Consider a PNG file for images including text or a logo. 

Post 1,200 x 630 pixels. Shows as a maximum length of 470 pixels in a newsfeed and 504 on your page.
